Sue became involved in a large-scale project for Volkswagen Group, which required her commitment over a 3 month period. The project required a detailed knowledge of the motor industry along with the ability to analyse significant volumes of information, and assimilate these against a competency framework to be able to make meaningful recommendations for personal development. Coupled with this was the need to be able to engage with all levels of personnel to build trust and honesty in a very short time. During this time, Sue was incredibly flexible in terms of the requirements of the various stakeholders, in particular their locations, and often went over and above that which was expected. With regards to feedback that was received from our network, everything that came back about Sue’s professionalism, knowledge and empathy was first-rate. As a result of this, I will be calling on Sue’s services for future projects of this sort, and additional projects within the people development arena. I’m looking forward to continuing to work with Sue in the future
